About the Tour
The magnificent Cape Point & the many reasons why you should pay it a visit. At the very tip of the Cape Peninsula, 60km south-west of the city of Cape Town, lies the magnificent Cape Point. We fly you from the V&A Waterfront to see the Cape Peninsula from the air and below. Once you have rounded the point we fly back to some hills above Misty Cliffs. This marks the site for our fynbos tour and picnic. We land on Baskloof Private nature reserve owned by Danielle and Ivan Harris. Baskloof was purchased over 40 years ago and has been restored through tireless efforts of the owners.

Check In Time
Please check in 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled Take Off time. This will allow enough time for us to take weights, conduct a safety briefing and issue tickets. After this has been conducted you can relax on the viewing deck and take some great pre-flight pictures and enjoy the atmosphere.
Seating
Please be aware that seating allocation on all our sharing flights are done according to weight and balance which is done during your safety briefing and ticketing. Should you want to choose your own seats you can book an Exclusive Flight at the cost of one additional seat and you are guaranteed the ‘best seats in the house.
Best Pictures
For the best pictures we recommend that you wear darker coloured clothing as whites reflect off the inside of the windows and can spoil that epic shot. We do offer In Flight Video packages where we record you and your flight, including audio, and put it on a USB for you. Note that not all aircraft has this system available so please requests this on check in.
Weather
All flights are weather dependent. Should the conditions not be ideal for flying we will try to reschedule to the next best available flight window. Note that the temperature in the sky is exactly the same as on the ground in case you are wondering what to wear.
Where we will meet
The iconic V&A Waterfront that lies at the heart of Cape Town’s history where the city meets the sea. Here you will join Cape Town Helicopters for your magical experience. Located on 220 East Pier Road, Breakwaters Edge, V&A Helipad, V&A Waterfront, 8001.
